The Potomac Current's legal team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as well as federal regulations. Under the guidance of our Chief Legal Officer, the team actively works to address and manage federal subpoenas, investigations, and trials. The Potomac Current's Legal team is in place to ensure compliance and protection by the 1st amendment of the US Constitution and that the Potomac complies with federal regulations. Overseen by our Chief Legal Officer, the Legal Team works to combat Subpoena Federal Investigations and Trials.
